There are a lot of goods reviews on here. However my review is not good. Initially I was very pleased to have got in the sale a pair of size 5 tencil colour black boots Order number: #250875120.They arrived quick but the material looks different on both shoes, there is an obvious fault. One looks suede on the front toe and the other leather. Basically there is a fault. I am returning for refund. Annoyed due to might not get delivery money back The problem is this supplier shouldn't of even supplied. I was surprised as I thought this brand was good quality. The same shoe is on sale in house of Fraser and I am put off rebuying in case, the shoes are second again.Jo

Extremely dissatisfied!I had been sent a pair of boots with a ripped leather above a zip.Customer service so terrible. Boots can not be exchanged so I had to wait for a long time for a refund...Never again

I have been making purchases from kurt Geiger for a years and have always had a great experience. Orders have always arrived on time.

I had a dreadful time trying to buy some boots which never happened. The online staff were not helpful- very disappointed. Won’t try online shopping with Kurt Geiger again.

Excellent products, great service, quick delivery

Wish I read the reviews before ordering, I placed an order for some (UGG) slippers £110, I receive an email almost immediately after paying for the item that they are returning my money because of a technical error on there part the item is in fact NOT in stock!! Now I have to wait up to 5 days for the money to be returned and try and source another pair in time for a birthday present.I am sure to NOT recommend or even shop here again!!

I thought this bag for the NHS was an amazing contribution to a be able to donote to such a worthy cause. Loved it and the quality is great its even beem in the washing machine and ironed excellent quality and value

I can't lie, I love KG shoes but the quality is so poor. I've have three pairs where the covering around the heel has come off or peeled off after only wearing a few times. One pair I loved and were bought as a gift so no receipt but clearly labelled Kurt Geiger but they could only offer a £40 gift voucher for a pair of boots which cost over £100 and Id have to pay out to fully replace them. I had to send my damaged boots to them which they kept for almost 5 months and when I asked for them to be returned they were sent back with mold! Please be careful when buying. Three pairs of my boots have all had the same problem, surely this cannot be a coincidence! Very disappointed and unhappy!

As usual, my order arrived really fast! I love my new trainers, I’m starting to have quite a collection now!!!
